24 buildings are nestled on 17 ½ acres of well-groomed pastoral land. 91 separate offices offer over 132,000 sq. ft. of space. All of the buildings are accessible from Creekstone Ridge, the only road on the property, which runs through the park.

The look of each building in the park is American traditional. The exteriors are all brick from top to bottom on all sides with white trim. For ease and safety, there are short walkways leading directly into the main level of each office. All forms of modern high-speed connectivity are available to Creekstone businesses.
Other features of the buildings include architectural, fiberglass shingles, vented vinyl soffits, seamless aluminum gutters, and covered porch-like entries with steel doors. Energy efficiency is assured in all offices. Insulated exterior windows and doors, R-30 insulation in ceilings, R-13 insulation in exterior walls, and efficient 75,000 BTU gas furnaces in offices keep energy costs affordable.
